I love me a puffy vest. Honestly, I have one too many to be acceptable. This one is definitely one of my favorites because of the cute monogram! I wear this over casual shirts, button-downs, and sorority t-shirts. This one is from Etsy, but I find cute puffy vests everywhere I go!
