Recruitment Success

Sorry I have been MIA the last week, it was sorority recruitment week! Recruitment at A&M lasts a full week and the sororities go up a week early to get ready. The last two weeks were absolute chaos but oh so worth it when we welcomed home 101 new Gamma Phi Betas. Recruitment holds some of my favorite memories; bonding with sisters, late night crafting sessions to set up for the next day, and being deliriously silly with each other. I absolutely LOVE recruitment and I cannot believe my last one has come and gone. I thought I would share some pictures with y'all to recap my last week!

Philanthropy Day

Our philanthropy is Building Strong Girls so we had them women going through recruitment write why they were a strong woman on a sticky note and add it to our boards. 

Skit Day

Our skit was Disney princess themed and showcased our sisterhood!

Pref Night

Pref is my favorite night of recruitment, we have different sisters read letters to their friends each part. I love being reminded of why I joined this sorority and seeing the love we have for one another! 

After each night of recruitment we stay for a few hours to help set up decorations for the next morning. After pref, we blew up thousands (not exaggerating) of balloons for bid day!

BID DAY

Our theme this year was Party Like It's Your Bid Day!

The week was a major success, our chapter grew to 291 members! I only have one more semester of being President left and I cannot wait to see what this fall holds!
