Needing some HELP!

To all my amazing blogger friends.............
Graduation is around the corner, not for me, but for many friends. I need some ideas! Please leave me a comment and let me know what your favorite, cutest, most original, creative, best graduation gift was that you received. All ideas are welcome!
Thanks a bunch!!

  1. You could make a photobook on a site like Snapfish. They are personal and friends can look back on them anytime. I would recommend buying one or two since they are about $20 each. You could also make little care packages with photos, baked goods, mixed cd, and anything else that is special. I'm not too sure since I'm still a junior :) Let me know what you do!

  2. I don't know how much money you are willing to spend, but some fun things I got (or got other people) were:
-A year's paid subscription to Pandora: College goes by so much faster with the right playlist and when you purchase a subscription you can avoid all the ads.
-A travel mug and a Starbucks gift card for all those late nights in the library
-A cute laundry basket/bag with laundry soap, fabric softener, dryer sheets, roll of quarters and directions on how to separate your laundry
-"Oh The Places You'll Go" by Dr. Seuss
-"The Starving Students' Cookbook" by Dede Hall and some baking supplies (It's not the prettiest cover but my friend had this book and recipes are super easy and simple)

    XO,
    Kelly

  3. my favorite grad gifts were always the ones that were homemade and crafty!! big wooden letters that can be hung on a college dorm wall as a monogram are always cute, especially if you're feeling crafty and can paint them cute and paisley!

  5. Skip monogrammed cosmetic cases and monogrammed towel wraps. I got 4 monogrammed cosmetic cases and 2 towel wraps for graduation alone. The Lilly magnetic boards are fun and perfect for a dorm room. I have this adorable magnetic board with a huge monogram that hangs in my room. Picture frames are good but its a popular gift. I love giving monogrammed things for graduation (ie towels, slippers,) because its way easier to lose stuff at college and a monogram makes it so much more fun and personal.

  6. I'm having the same dilemma! I was thinking a Shutterfly book for my really close friends who are graduating, but I'm not so sure!

  7. I did a huge pink and green tub for a grad last year. She got towels/washclothes, a vase with roses, monogrammed clipboard/folders, Lilly pencils and pen, candles, hanging picture frames for her dorm room and a book. I of course personalized her green tub so it could be used in her room too. I had so much fun makin' this gift for a dear friend's daughter! It was a blast to do!

  9. Monogrammed towels, Bed Bath and Beyond giftcards, a bucket of "college essentials" and fill it up with the 3M hooks and strips, a cookie sheet and stuff to make cookies, laundry detergent, a set of cheap cups and bowls and throw in ramen noodles! I usually see what color their bedding is going to be and then get matching towels monogrammed with cute shower stuff!
